Firefly

I totally love your colors. Really that is the strongest part of the drawing. All the colors work well together. I like how some colors repeat, like the body of the fly and the background, and the purple of the fly's legs and the outer edges of the drawing. The background transitioning is very nice. I think my favorite part is the bright reddish glow. I can't tell if you managed to achieve that with the media you used, or if it's something your scanner brightened (my scanner tends to do that with reds a lot).

The only thing I'm not a big fan of is the composition. Although to be honest, I can't put my finger on what it is. Maybe if the fly was just a tad more centered (but still slightly off center)? Sorry I can't articulate it very well; my brain is kinda dead right now X)
